Iron sharpens iron that is what the word of God tells us but the sharpening doesn’t always come from encouraging words or from reading the word of God. Our sharpening can come from hurtful words, character attacks, situations and circumstances beyond our control but when they do come and they will, don’t allow them to mess up our walk or our relationship with God and our Savior Jesus Christ continue on our journey with God, allowing all these things to strengthen us, build our character, encourage us, draw us closer to God and perfect our faith because foolishness has no boundaries. Know in our spirit that we must be on the right track or else we wouldn’t be going through the pounding causing friction from the sharpening of our soul bringing us into alignment and position for just what God has for us. We always need to know that God is in control and we are only being sharpened for His glory through everything that happens to us so be mindful and pray that we would be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to wrath so that whatever we say or do would glorify Him but if we fail or fall short, just repent knowing that Jesus’s blood was shed for us because He loves us and we can overcome because He overcame death for ” Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.” Have a great day and be blessed!!!!!
